Guys, Ventures guide is very simple. The only challenge many of us will have is stopping background updates on our PC's. Aside from Ur antivirus that does automatic update, Windows does as well; some other apps that we use also do silent updates on the background and if you don't disable them, u'll haveing apps having direct access through your modem to the internet. I have ruminated over this and I believe we have a way out; it will cost you some harddisk space. Aside from this option I'll describe soon, you can block software accessing the internet by using your firewall.
Now, the solution proposed is this.
1. Download and install Vmware workstation or Virtualbox. This is a virtual machine that you can install windows on top of windows as a guest OS. with this, you don't have to dualboot your machine.
2. Install windows OS in it. During first run of windows, be sure to disable automatic update. I will advice you don't install any other app that is internet dependent. You don't need any driver, it has its own drivers. All you'll need do, which the virtual machine will ask you is to install the built-in tools e.g. vmware tools.
3. With your guest OS up and running, install your modem. Once you plug your modem be sure that your guest OS is seeing it. At this point you'll be prompted to install it in the virtual machine. Complete the installation.
4. Just like you'll extract privoxy normally, first copy it to a USB drive then plug it into ur PC with ur Virtual machine (Guest OS) active, extract into it. Also do same to install Firefox browser or anyother browser of your choice.
5. At this point, you only have privoxy install, ur browser installed. This are the only apps that will seek internet access thus all direction will be via your proxy setting.
6. Launch and connect your modem inside the Guest OS (Not the host) as described by venture, launch your privoxy as usual, your browser and you should comfortably connect without fear of anything feasting

Creating Your Web Proxy Server India
The PHP proxy script, you need to upload to your hosting service is located in the zip file. Upload the three files in PHP (server module) the root of your web domain. There are plenty of free servers to use and I will list only some of them

I have to emphasize though, that goes against some TOS webhosts to use your server to proxy-related services and other conneting not allow other servers through their server.

I used the first 5 hostings free and are good.

Now, some servers require you to have a domain name already registered elsewhere and you have to do some registry changes to DNS do the work.
To begin, make sure that the host has made the decision also offers a free sub-domain as your-name.domain.com
